I know I have been a nuisance with the numerous questions here lately. With the help I have received I believe I almost have the Flash Talk Voice mail figured out. I do have another question. I now realize that a 2 port system isn't going to be enough for the call volume. I have purchased a 4 port upgrade on eBay. My question is what is the process of upgrading the unit besides inserting the card? Is there any programming changes? I currently have the Flash Talk connected to the Last Port on my CICS 236. After the upgrade I was thinking of changing the top port of the flash talk to 235 and the newly connected bottom port to 236. Thanks for the help.

One thing you need to check is any sets that are call forwarded to the voicemail DN. These will need to change if you use 235 as the first port instead of 236. If you are using night service you will also need to change the extension assigned to the ringing group.

I would leave the orignal pair on it's port and just add the other port.

You must power down the Flash then insert the upgrade cartidge and power back up.
