I have built tree 1 with 4 paths and saved with no problem. When I go to assign tree to greeting table it says "incomplete tree". Who has the solution?

Flash "incomplete tree"

There is an undefined path in that tree somewhere. The easiest way to find it (especially if there are a lot of paths) is to hook up a pc via a 9-pin connector, open Procomm or Hyperterm, and run a tree report. The error will stick out pretty clearly.........

One of your 4 paths was probably setup as a Menu and is not truly a Menu.
i.e for list of staff press 4
You then ask people to press Ext #s instead of another single digit choice.
A proper Menu needs at least one single choice.
So expample to fool the path you would go to Path 48 and make it a Transfer to reception.
That 8 is what completes the Tree.
