Flash position in layers

I am having a bot of trouble with flash movies - I set up a table in a Layer, and position the layer to 0Left 0Top - when viewed in Netscape it is fone, but in IE There is a gap at the top where the layer should be tucked in - I can manage to get the layer to look alright by changing the layer position - ie - -25Top - but then it screws up in Netscape - Is there anyway to ensure that flash movies appear in the browser like they do on my Dreamweaver page? - So much for drag and drop!
