Flash objects

I have created a page with flash buttons on it. It is to be used as part of an INtranet site. Most of the staff that will view this page are not on the Internet.

When they try and view this page it will display the flash animation. How do I allow them to view this.

Should I upgrade them all to IE 6.0. Does that browser support flash

The last thing I want to do is go around every machine and temporarily get it on the internet and download a flash viewer and then remove access to the internet.
