flash javacript initiated functions and html initiated func. interfere

Hello, I am willing to incorporate the skype calling function to my site...the problem is that when I click to call somebody and cancel the call or whatever, it disables all buttons on my page called from my flash movie , they return to function as soon as I click the non-flash button e-mail.....it seems that ie ignores other flash javascript functions (triggered by flash in html) after html-initiated function (skype call) is performed..

How to overcome this ???
