FLASH IN EMAILS

I've been tampering with putting flash into emails but things are getting frustrating rather quickly. Is there a secret to embedding into emails? s-)

You must send your email as html.
Publish the flash file as html/swf.
upload the flash file on a web server.
and link the html email to the flash file on the internet.
