No, you need latest NAM or any Call Pilot for first name option.

You can't change the dial by name directory to first name, but you could build a CCR tree to a info box, and list the names/ext's there. Make sure you turn return to AA to Y, and record the info box to say-"When you hear the extension of the person you're calling, press *, and their extension...".

if you go that way rikrodgers it might be better to use it as a menu rather than a info box
the info box you have to listen to the whole message before you can dial an ext .
if it is a menu you can dial at any time , with out dialing the *
