Has anybody an idea, which files or registry keys to test in order to get a reliable detection if the Macromedia Flash Plugin and/or the Quicktime Plugin for Internet Explorer is installed ?

To make it shure: I am NOT talking about a HTML detection script, but about detection Flash from within a compiled application
