Have a Flash 4 w/ ACD with 1.9 software. The basic layout is 4 lines to AA/CCR on 0 rings, Press 2 gets you to ACD Queue 1. During the day they have 1 agent that logs in. At night it plays a greeting and disconnects. During the day, if the agent steps away from the phone, it takes 12 rings before the system auto- busies the phone out and kicks the call back into queue. Is there somewhere I can change how long it's taking to dump the call? about 4 months ago I changed out the Flash 4 but kept the same software.
