Flash 4 Reset

I did a feature 983 and did a reinstall. When asked reset database i answered yes and the lcd went blank and never saw the words resetting database. I waited about 20 minutes and tried initializing doing feature 983 and it always says inactive feature. It appears the Flash is locked up what do I do??

do a Ftr **XFTEST, test each one and then REMOVE each one. THen power off the flash and the ksu, power both back up and test F983.

uh, check that. once you power it back up do a F903 then 266344 when it asks for a password. then it will configure. then try F983. let us know.
