Flash 2004 7.2 - Patch Error - Can't update Flash 7.0 with 7.2 updater

I'm running Flash MX Pro 2004 v7.0. I downloaded the 7.2 updater (flmx2004_702update_en.exe) and ran it from my local drive. I got to the point in the process where the window said "Processing: Flash.exe" but file and overall remained at 0%. Then a window pop'd up labeled "Patch Error" with the following statement:
"Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match"

Can any body tell me what's going on and how I can update my version Flash?
