Question.

Has anybody figured out how to make flagged mail produce a reminder similar to the reminders generated by tasks in Outlook 2000? We have been asked this question.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

The time that is used for flags in Outlook 2000 is taken from the calendar work week that is set in the Calendar Options dialog box, which is normally too late for the reminder to appear. You can manually overtype the time that is selected in the Due by box of the Flag to follow up dialogue box.

Thanks MoiraT.

The person in question wishes to move items from the Inbox. As you know, when messages resting in the Inbox are flagged, they generate reminders as long as they remain in the Inbox. Once they are moved, the reminders terminate.

For example, this individual desires to move mail messages from the Inbox to a personal or another type of folder created within the mailbox. All with the functionality in tact.

Any additional feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
