Fixing a Corrupted .PST?

Need some Ideas,
I have a .PST that seems to be corrupt – I ran the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe) on the file
It seems to only pick up the sent items and no other folders that existed prior to the .PST becoming corrupt Is there any other way to pick up all the other folders?
The file size is 7.93 MB

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
