Hi,
I am new to Java, so I don't know if I am in the right place.
I am working on a site that uses an I-frame to display the site's content within a shell page that holds the header and the navigation. You can view it here:
I dislike the scrollbar within a scrollbar, and am wondering if there are javascript techniques to make the navigation and header remain in the screen while scrolling through content. Someone I know suggested a "floating" navigation bar, but I don't know where to find information about how to do it. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dan
