Fixed Frames

I have a web page with 3 frames and i want to have this frames fixed, because the way i have them now, when you change the resolution of the monitor the size of the frames change and the content doesn't look well.

How can i get fixed the frames?

In the frameset document you define the sizes of the frames. Rather than giving them a percentage size, try giving them a fixed pixel size (no number in the value). You have to know, that some of the frames will have to resize, because something needs to be flexible after all.
