Fixed Backgrounds on DW4

Hello,
I'm a relatively new user of Dreamweaver 4, and i've always wanted to create a page with a fixed background. Could someone please tell me how i could make the image i have into a fixed (non-moving) background please?

go to the css toolbar and make a new style
call this style whatever you want ie "backgroundfixed"
then go to the left and select bacground and choose your image. then where it says repeat choose no and for attachment say fixed there all done
sometimes i just cant take it...then i realize its already to late
