Morning All,
I've just taken over the responsibility for a number of devices and have happily made them all talk to each other so all of our offices are now VPN'd up... however in checking each device they are woefully out of date, so I purchased the relevant software updates and applied the activation keys in mysonicwall.com so I could get the latest versions of the firmware, however when I try and update a device with the correct firmware I just get an Invalid Firmware error.
I've tried emailing SonicWall about this, but as I just purchased the firmware updates they're not interested in helping (just happily taking my companies cash)
Any help / suggestions (apart from buy new devices from Cisco!)
Regards
Dave
