First time logon on domain

I would like to know if someone know how I can detect if it is the first time that a PC is connecting (logon) on a domain?

When you say domain, i would assume you are connecting to a server. There is logging for the same on any server. Check to see where it is on yours. Since you did not mention what OS you are on, cannot give more specific answer. But logging is the only means i know of.
