First time designing a database from scratch...

I am helping a friend build an inventory control database... i have been working with access for a few months and am getting pretty good working with forms, reports, and (simple)queries... but i realy don't have much knoldge about table design... and working with relationships... any one know of a good place to get a good quick tutorial on it??

P.S. Please don't think that the detail on the site is unnecessary or too much like hard work - it's essential for ANY database design - the more you know about it - the less you'll have to re-design / re-develop.
