First record duplicated/ Last Record Missing Details

I created a report with an excel spreadsheet in the details sections. The Page Header contains database fields.

The first record appears 2 times and the details for the last record is missing.

How can I correct this problem?

This means that you inserted an Excel spreadsheet as an OLE Object into the report in the details section? So you want the same spreadsheet to display for every row in the database?

Placing database fields in the page header assures a duplication of the first row on each page.

As for the last row, none of this really makes sense, perhaps after you clarify the above.

I am using crystal as a way to print forms that are normally handwritten. I inserted the form in the details sections. ( I do want it to print for every selected record). The database fields Name etc are in the page header. When I run the report, the first person always appears twice (For example Smith ends up with 2 copies of the form). The last person has no form period jus the page header prints.
