First page prints condensed

Hi
One of my uders has Office 2003 SB Edition. This morning all her spreadsheets printed out the first page in a condensed mode. I cannot understand why, having been through all the settings. it does the same to two ddifferent printers.
Any ideas. could it be connected to a JetDirect update i placed on the server?

MS KB829558 was the culprit. I removed and all is Ok.
(By the by it had affected quite a few other users and programs.)
