Who knows where I can find when the first call on an IP500v2 system was made. The first call starts the clock on the 90-day (or is now 60-day) 'entitlement' period. Looked in system status. Admin 2 button on a phone maybe? I thought I've seen it before somewhere within the IP Office applications.

Ther is no 90 day window or any window come to that since 8.1 was relesed. But even when there was, there was no way to tell :)

Everytime they do it they claim it's "Simplifying" the process and "Giving better value". Funny how it ALWAYS turns out to be reather more complicated and more expensive when compared to the previous incarnation :)

That's why when we are quoting a customer for linked systems or remote extns we quote them a Mitel 5000 (as both are free...and work...without VPN). The IPO is better at more things than the Mitel and more flexible, but in this scenario... it's not even close :)
