To convert ITG cards into media cards i would normally take the compact flash from the card, download the IP Line (IPL) software from the Nortel website, rename the downloaded software to exec and then paste the exec file on the compact flash. Then reseat the card and now you have a Media Card. Don't forget to install the latest IPL patches once installed.

You might need to update the bios or loadware on the card before it will run the new software. This had to be done on some of the first ITG SA cards.
