Firmware update for 9620L Phone

Hello,

Been having some intermittent one way audio with a site. - I have narrowed out most possibilities so I'm trying a firmware upgrade

We have 9620L phones with firmware 3.105S - I haven't had much luck finding a firmware update for these phones, when I download the 96xx guide it lists the 9621, but not the 9620.

Also we have a few 9641 phones, does the 96xx file update all of these?

The 9608/9611G/9621G/9641G use H.323 6.x or later software (latest is 6.2.4). The other 9600-series models use H.323 3.x or later software (latest is 3.2.0).

One way audio is hardly a firmware issue most of the times but not impossible.
It is mostly a routing issue.
Are you sure this is all covered very well?
