Firmware not running on WIC? 1

I've been trying forever to troubleshoot why I can't get my VWIC-2MFT-T1-D1 controller card to show as up. Upon debugging, I am constantly getting the following:

ing

Is there something I missed? Shouldn't I just be able to insert the WIC card? Do I need to manually load firmware?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have seen this come up before. What I have done to correct this in the past is, just reboot the router.

If it will not come up, you might have a bad wic card.

Thanks farsouth. I am re-booting tomorrow AM, I hope it is that simple. I am starting to suspect a bad WIC, because I can get a CD green signal on port 1 when plugged into a hard loopback or to the T1 line. However, I can't get a green light on port 0 when plugging into the same lines. We'll see what happens on re-boot.

FYI - bad controller card. I shut down the router, rebooted without the card, checked the config, shut down again, re-inserted the card and same thing. Tried another card and was connected in about 5 minutes. Thanks for the help.
