Firmware error on HP 4345mfp

I had recently send firmware upgrade to HP 4345mfp and it corrupted the finisher/staple stacker. Was scheduled to midnight using HP Webjetadmin. Printer display "resend upgrade" on the control panel.What cause this problem and how it should be fixed.

Any firewall/virus programs running can stop some files from being downloaded. Try getting the file through HP Download Manager, and let it check/install.
Also, remove acessories before upgrading firmware. Update the driver afterwards.
