Hi All,

I am installing a provisioning server and during testing pushed the latest firmwate to a couple of phones (1140 Unistim 5.5). Because of multiple sites and change control I can't deploy the current firmware yet but I can't roll back to the previous firmware either as the certificate has expired and so downgrade is not allowed. the avaya fix it upgrade the firmware but as I can't do this has anyone got any suggestions as to how to force a rollback?

TIA

The only way I know out of that issue is to change the phone to a SIP firmware load then convert it back to UNISTIM. That can be done via a TFTP server. Its a pain in the rear, but it works.

Good call, I will do that. Just part of the joy of working on these systems :)
