Firewall/Server Monitoring/Anti-Virus Software

Our company has just taken the big step of taking ownership of a dedicated Windows 2000 server, and I was wondering if anybody can recommend some software for the following:

1) Firewall
2) Server Monitoring e.g. IP, Mail Server etc
3) Anti-Virus

Running a dedicated server is very new to us, although we are looking at hiring someone who will be able to maintain the server full-time, but in the meantime we would like to at least get the security aspects of running a dedicated Windows 2000 server sorted, so any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention, as well recommended solutions for Firewall, Server Monitoring & Anti-Virus, can anyone recommend an Anti-Spam solution for our mail server to prevent spam mail from being sent to our clients email accounts?
