Firewall On XP Home Edition

I'm trying to help a user on the phone but i have XP pro, so the menu's sound different. I want to get to the advnaced part where you can add things like HTTPS etc but when she goes to the properties of her broadband connection she says there is just a tick box to use windows firewall or not. Does anyone know where i can go to add stuff?

To be honest I would suggest using something other than the Windows Firewall, have a look at

http://www.Zonelabs.com

for the free Zonealarm which in my opinion is a much better product.

Make sure as well that both SSL options are checked through Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced.
