You may have to call the vendor tech support. They can remotely login your box and reset the pw for you. It's not about whether you can do it or not, it's about HOW OK, Let's Do It !!!

Depending on the box you have, there is either a reset button on the back, or if it is an older box, you can create a loop with a cross-over cable (should be provided with the FB).
1. Establish a physical Ethernet connection between the Trusted interface of the Firebox and the Management station on the same segment
2. Attach the red crossover cable between the remaining two FB interfaces, and then turn the power on the FB off and then on. If a small, "factory default" switch is present on the rear of the FB, press and hold thatswitch while you turn the FB power off and then on.
The FB boots into the Enhanced System Mode. This is indecated by a blinking Sys A light.
3. Reinitialize the FB using hte QuickSetup wizard.
4. When you complete the QuickSetup wizard, remove the loopback cable and return the FB to its regular position in your network. The FB resumes normal operation the next time it restarts.
You can reset the password in this process and then load your last config file back to the FB.
