Finding your PRI ID

I am needing to find the PRI circuit ID so our provider can have a call study ran in preparation for a call. Where/how can I find this information? (still learning)

That info isn't something normally stored in the switch. The circuit ID would be on your carrier bill.
Most circuit ID's are too long to fit into any DES field on the trunk ID's....

The circuit ID is probably written on the smart jack where the PRI terminates in your building, but your provider really should know the circuit id, after all they are the ones providing the PRI
