The Paint event occurs when a control is redrawn and the PaintEventArgs object specifies the Graphics object to use to paint the control and the ClipRectangle object in which to paint.
If I understood your question , having ClipRectangle before starting to scroll and after it will be enough to calculate the are that was scrolled.
