Does anyone know if there's a command I can use to force an endpoint to log in from the endpoint manager side?

I periodically have to delete endpoints (duplicate logins and so on) from the endpoint manager, but I don't really want to wait for the endpoint to log back in on its own (orphaned, etc.). I don't have access to the endpoints directly so I can't just restart the service. And I'm impatient to resubscribe it, so is there way to communicate with an endpoint that isn't in the epmgr yet? Like 'wep IP_address' or something?
Thanks (and Hi - first time here...)

There is no way for Tivoli to do anything (directly) to a target that is not managed. Probably the best thing to do is revisit your endpoint policy scripts and figure out a better way to manage the duplicate logins.
