Finding a character in a string in a query

I have a series of web pages but I only want the web site.<br><br>Input data:<br>get <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> HREF=" TARGET="_new"> know I want to find the third &quot;/&quot; and then mid(data,12,find(?)) but I can't get which command finds string within data. <p>Zel<br><a href=mailto:zel@zelandakh.co.uk>zel@zelandakh.co.uk</a><br><a href= > </a><br>
 
Zel,<br><br>Since the first 7 characters are always: you can start looking at character 8.&nbsp;&nbsp;Use:<br><br>left([data],(instr(8,[data],&quot;/&quot;)-1)) <p>-Chopper<br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= > </a><br>
