How can I restrict users' access to system preferences and Finder? I used Parental control to limit their access, but certain things like chaning the desktop display is not restricted.

Finder and system preferences restriction

Under accounts/limitations, what have you put in for the account?
Simple finder is the most restrictive.
Under Some Limits you can uncheck "open all sys prefs" or check "only use these applications" and then run through the list of apps and uncheck "system preferences"
