Find the total ammount of Records in a table and then show on chart

Am working on a database syetm and have got to the stage where we would like to see how big the database is getting.
We could like a graphical representation of how many records are in each table. Was attempting to make a form with a chart on it. Would like the chart to show how many records are in each table.
Anyone have any ideas?
