Find/Log Users/Workstation accessing files on shared folders

Hi!

I am having a problem in one of my client's site where EXE files are getting infected on a Shared Folder. Anti-virus protection is in place but somehow it seems to get through. Since the server is clean (checked with the network disconnected), I assume that one of the workstations (300+ of them) is infected. To identify the rogue workstation, I am looking at a software which can log all accesses by users and workstations. I tried googling but there are too many search results and I could not find what I wanted. The client is willing to Purchase such a software if it meets his requirements.
