Find Default Settings

I have added a find button for my form and i want default settings to be
look in: my form name
match: any part of field
search: all

is there any way to do this by just code
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
You can change the default matching options within Tools -> Options on the Edit/Find tab. Hitting Ctrl-F within a field will search on that field.
