Advanced formatting

In one of the forums I came across a solution where a suggestion was made to find and replace words with formatted words by following procedure under edit toolbar. The suggestion was to bring up the find screen under edit toobar and then press "MORE" button to bring up the formatting screen. I cannot find "MORE" button can someone help me

gnanas,

What application are you using? The More button is only available in Word, not in Excel or Access. If you already have the "more" options shown, of course, the button will say "Less".

Enjoy,
Tony

The find screen can be show in part or in full. If it is much wider than long, then the fifth button from the top on the lefthand side will show the rest of the screen. If the screen is only a bit wider than long, then it is already extended and you can see three command buttons at the bottom of the screen, one of which is Format.

At least that is what the Word 97 screen looks like. Should you have another version it might be different.

All the best,

Carol, Berlin :-)

Thank you very much for your help very much appreciated
