Find & Replace - Carrage Returns 1

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone knew how to do a find and replace on in-line carrage returns. I'm pulling data from a few sources and one has carrage returns in the column titles (or those squares of you paste values).
I've been going in and removing them manually but it would make things much faster to do a find and replace where I could replace them all with nothing quickly.
