Filter Virus Emails

I have received quite a few W32..@mm virus emails with attachments. I didn't open those, assuming that I am not infected. Is there any anti-virus software that could block those emails from reaching the mailboxes? Thanks.

There are multiple choices for Exchange specific antivirus packages.

I like Norman Data Defense's package (

I also like Sybari's Antigen (

http://www.sybari.com)

and Symantec's AV for Exchange (

http://www.symantec.com).

I don't care much for most of the other ones but there are plenty of people who swear by them.
