Hello,

I am working in a database where the user insists on having a drop down menu for our ORG numbers and an text box for the date.

I have created a form that allows the user to choose from a drop down menu an ORG number and allows them to input a date.

I would like to bring up the report filtered by those 2 criteria. The query has already been created and already contains org and date columns. I would just like to filter the report so only the criteria that they chose shows.

I know there is a way to do this but, but its friday and I can't think :(

This is my open criteria, but it returns all records. What is wrong with it??

DoCmd.OpenReport "Review", acViewPreview, , Forms!GetOrg!Org And Forms!GetOrg!txtOrgDate

Why not base the report on the query and set the criteria there?

The criteria in the query would be:

=Forms!YourFormName!YourFieldName(ORG)
=Forms!YourFormName!YourFieldName(Date)
