Hi,
Every backup I get the following warning:

"W3404 - Unable to open file. (FILE=C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr0.dat, EC=32)

I have tried to exclude the folder in the filter options:
- Exclude Directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\

but it doesn't work.
Does anybody know how I can exclude the directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users
and all subfolders?

The reason you can't exclude it is because it's part of the system state backup and filters don't work on it. As far as the file goes, it can be ignored - it is file used as part of the BITS service.
