I have a employee who has left the company and any of his emails correspondence relating to work has been forwarded to the person correctly doing the work. Unfortunately, when this employee was working within the company, he has subscribed to some bad sites. The person that the emails are being forwarded to is also getting awful emails sent to him. I need to allow emails to be sent to him but need to know how to filter how the unwanted emails and all the emails are from different bad sites. Does anybody know the best method.

Many thanks

michelle

Hi Michelle..

Exchange provides a address filter. You can filter a certain email address or even an entire domain.

Take a look in the Exchange System Manager under Global Properties > Mail Delivery. There is a 'Filter' tab that allows you to add addresses or domains to be blocked. AJ
