we have 2 different providers to call international(Provider A and Provider B), we also have 2 different client inside our company(Client A and Client B). My question now is, how our Client A be routed to Provider A and Client B be routed to Provider B only.

Thank in advance.....

Create different trunk groups for each service providers Trk grp A for Provider A and Trk grp B for Provider B. Provide the client A, the tac of Trk grp A and Client B, the tac of Trk grp B.

You can use ARS to accomplish this.

i've already created a different trunk group for the two provider. But how can i use ARS fot this kind of call flow?

Thanks....

change ars analysis for 011. In the dialed digits field plase the 011 and the city code for the clients. If the city codes are the same continue until the digits are no longer the same. I the route field place the route you created for the clients. Client a = route 1 and client b = route 2. In the different routes place the trunk groups you created

Hope this helps

1a2 to ip I seen it all

Make sure you have the trunk groups set up with unique COR's
Set up seperate COR's for group a and group b also. In these cors you grant permissions to call other cors. Make sure for group a they can call the cor for their group and not the other group and visa versa for group b.

In your route patterns you will list both trunk groups and the cor should take care of the selection.
