Files wont unload!

I got other problem.
For example I open a file, any file, for edition, for example a visual basic project, a photo shop file, etc, I close visual basic or photoshop, I want to delete the file and windows will tell me that the file is in use but ps or vb is closed! How can I fix this????

First thing to do...

1. Press ctrl, alt, delete
2. Task Manager
3. Processes tab
4. Find the offending software and click "End Process"

A bit of information on the task manager and ending programs.

Now, perhaps someone wiser than myself can give us both an idea of how to clear the problem from ever happening, vs my work around.

Tnx but I know that vb5.exe is visual basic process, the thing is that its closed, its not under the proceses list but still my files are in use! :S
