Files in Win95 to WinNT

we have PM6.5 files sent by clients who are using Win95. Usually, they can be opened on our NTs, but they often look very different from what they look like on an a 95 machine. I think this is because of diferent font packages sent out with identical font names but slightly different font. Any suggestions?
