This is probably a silly question but.... when I view all the files under Windows I see a load of $NtUninstallKBxxxxxx type files. I am presuming these are automatic windows update files? If so, do they all need to stay on my computer? Or are they now installed and I can delete them? They are sitting there from 2005 onwards.

debful, you can safely delete the update files. If you like, save them to a CD to look at later.
