FileMap Error in Excel & VBA

Hi,
I use Excel to connect to our enterprise database to upload data. After reading and writing almost 1000 rows, Excel sends FileMap Error message. Is there any i/o management that I should use to avoid this error via vba? The size of the file is 930kb, and I had tried to save every 200 rows.
