File will not open

I use PM7 on Mac OS10.4. I have a file that I have used at least weekly. I made an attempt to open it yesterday and got a message window saying the file will not open. What is the problem and how can I open this file?

If this is a PM error (as distinct from a system error) then there will be an error code in the lower corner of the error message window.

Surf over to the Adobe PM Support KB and do some searching.

I can't be of anymore help as I'm not a Mac user.
